I put all the footage we recorded into a folder then I put all the footage we where going into a folder called Footage Being Used. I then imported all the footage into Premier and instead of changing the file name I numbered what scene it was in the scene section, so that it would be easy to see which scene was which and to keep it in order so I can just drag it into the timeline. I also created folders for the sound effects, voice recordings and the footage I was using.
